Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries, bookings, shoots, editing, delivery, and related services provided by Eagle Eye Studios. By submitting an enquiry, booking a service, or working with us, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Enquiries And Bookings
- Submitting the website form is an enquiry only. It does not confirm a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only after scope, date, location, pricing, payment terms, deliverables, and any special requirements are agreed in writing.
- We may decline, pause, reschedule, or modify a shoot if the project is unsafe, unlawful, unclear, outside operational limits, or unsuitable for drone work.
Pricing, Discount, And Payment
- The website booking offer provides an additional 10% discount for eligible enquiries submitted through this website.
- The discount is subject to availability, final quote approval, project scope, travel, permissions, taxes, and package terms.
- The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with every other offer, or applied after a separate deal has already been finalized unless we confirm it in writing.
- Advance payment, balance payment, cancellation charges, travel costs, overtime, and taxes will be confirmed before the project begins.
Drone Safety, Permissions, And Legal Restrictions
- Drone operations depend on weather, visibility, battery safety, crowd conditions, signal interference, airspace restrictions, local rules, and operator judgment.
- Flights may be restricted or refused near airports, defence areas, government zones, private property, sensitive sites, emergency locations, crowded spaces, or any place where drone use is unsafe or not permitted.
- The client is responsible for obtaining venue access, property permissions, event permissions, society permissions, and any location-specific approvals unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We will not perform unsafe, illegal, intrusive, harassing, or privacy-violating shots, even if requested by the client.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details, location information, timing, access instructions, and contact details.
- Inform us in advance about restricted locations, minors, schools, hospitals, private residences, celebrity guests, security rules, crowd risks, or sensitive content.
- Ensure people, property owners, venue managers, artists, performers, and organizers have granted the permissions needed for filming and publication where applicable.
- Obtain rights for music, logos, brand assets, scripts, products, artwork, and third-party material supplied by the client.
Deliverables, Editing, And Revisions
- Final deliverables, editing style, format, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, delivery timeline, and revision rounds must be agreed before work begins.
- Raw footage, project files, edit timelines, ungraded clips, and source files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Additional edits, urgent delivery, extra formats, extended revisions, extra shoot time, or new creative directions may require additional charges.
- Delivery timelines may change due to client delays, large file transfers, revision volume, technical issues, events outside our control, or pending payments.
Creative Outcome And Platform Performance
We bring professional planning, drone expertise, FPV capability, editing knowledge, and creative judgment to every project. However, audience response, sales, leads, event attendance, real estate enquiries, social media reach, viral performance, algorithmic visibility, or business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, And Force Majeure
- Shoots may need to be rescheduled due to rain, wind, poor light, safety concerns, illness, equipment issues, access problems, legal restrictions, public events, traffic, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms will depend on the package, notice period, expenses already incurred, and work already completed.
- If the client, venue, or organizer causes delay, denial of access, missing permissions, or major scope changes, additional charges or revised timelines may apply.
Ownership, Usage, And Portfolio Rights
- After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables for the agreed purpose.
- Eagle Eye Studios retains ownership of underlying raw footage, project files, editing files, templates, methods, and production know-how unless transferred in writing.
- We may request permission to use selected final work for portfolio, website, social media, showreel, or promotional purposes. Sensitive, private, or confidential projects can be excluded by written agreement.
- The client must not edit, resell, misrepresent, or commercially repurpose deliverables outside the agreed scope without permission where applicable.
Liability
Eagle Eye Studios will take reasonable care in providing services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, platform performance, missed commercial opportunity, third-party actions, venue restrictions, client-provided errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website or during a project is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
